Juventus eye creative boost as Soulé's Roma exit stalls

Juventus are holding exploratory talks to bring Argentine winger Matias Soulé back, while the player’s stalled exit from Roma leaves his future in limbo. The Bianconeri also chase Kolo Muani, and any agreement on Soulé is expected only after June 30.

Matias Soulé is among the candidates slated to leave Roma in the coming days, a move seen as a way to generate capital gains. Sources close to the 2003‑born winger say he is not pushing for a departure; instead, he is deliberately stalling.

Soulé arrived in the capital with the prospect of replacing Dybala, and he quickly became a key figure for Roma until mid‑season. A lingering groin injury, which he continued to play through, eventually saw him sidelined and ultimately excluded from the squad.

The Argentine had previously played for Frosinone before Roma paid €25.6 million plus bonuses to secure his services. Juventus, the club that sold him, now entertain the possibility of a second stint for the former Frosinone player.

Juventus are actively seeking players to raise the level of their attack, with Kolo Muani listed as a primary target. La dello Sport the Bianconeri also have Soulé on their radar as a creative option.

Reports indicate that Soulé’s relationship with Roma has effectively ended, and the winger has expressed no desire to move to Saudi Arabia. Contacts have been rekindled in recent days about a possible return to Juventus’s Continassa facilities.

If the deal goes through, it is expected to be a long‑term contract, with negotiations likely to conclude after the June 30 deadline.
