Privacy Policy

4All-Ventures BV (BE0771.490.785), registered at 2440 Geel, Belgium, is the data controller for the processing of personal data via the Platform 4All-Ventures Football. This privacy policy describes which data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

When posting a listing: name, email address, phone number (optional), club/organisation, country selection.
When creating a profile: name (or pseudonym for anonymous profiles), contact details, sports data (position, experience, level), photo (optional), video URL (optional).
When subscribing to the newsletter: email address, language preference, region preference.
Automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of visit.

We process data for:
- Providing and improving the Platform
- Publishing listings and profiles
- Sending newsletters (after opt-in)
- Processing payments via Stripe
- Preventing abuse and fraud
- Complying with legal obligations

Processing is based on:
- Consent: for newsletters and optional cookies
- Performance of contract: for publishing listings and profiles
- Legitimate interest: for platform improvement and fraud prevention
- Legal obligation: for tax and accounting obligations

Personal data is retained as long as the listing or profile is active, plus a maximum of 12 months after deactivation. Accounting data is retained for 7 years in accordance with Belgian law. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until unsubscription.

We share data with the following processors and service providers:
- Stripe: for payment processing
- Brevo (Sendinblue): for newsletter delivery
- Google: Analytics (platform statistics) and AdSense (advertisements)
- Meta/Facebook: Pixel for advertising effectiveness measurement
- Cloudflare: CDN, DNS and security services
- Zoho: CRM and business communication
- Render: hosting infrastructure
We never sell personal data to third parties.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
- Hashed passwords (bcrypt)
- Role-based access control
- Regular backups
- Audit logging of administrative actions

You have the right to:
- Access: which data we hold about you
- Rectification: correct inaccurate data
- Erasure: have your data deleted ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction: restrict processing
- Portability: receive your data in machine-readable format
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdrawal of consent: where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal

Profiles of persons under 18 are always anonymised. Identifying data — including full name, photo and contact details — are not publicly displayed on the Platform. This anonymisation is automatically enforced by the Platform and cannot be disabled, not even with parental consent.

Parental consent is required to create a profile for a minor, but does not grant the right to make identifying data publicly visible. Data of minors is processed with extra care in accordance with the GDPR.

Data is primarily processed within the EU/EEA. When processing takes place outside the EU (e.g. via Google or Stripe), this is done under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decision).

Voluntary anonymity: Users may choose an anonymous profile. In that case, the name is replaced by a pseudonym and contact details are not visible to other Users. Contact is made via the 4All-Ventures messaging system, which forwards messages without revealing the profile owner's identity.

Enforced anonymisation for minors: For persons under 18, anonymisation is automatically and irrevocably applied by the Platform. Unlike voluntary anonymity, this cannot be lifted by the minor, a parent, guardian or any other party. Identifying data is stored internally for platform management but is never publicly visible.

Newsletters are only sent after explicit opt-in. Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. After unsubscription, your email address is removed from the mailing list within 30 days.

In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to the rights and freedoms of data subjects, we will report it within 72 hours to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (GBA) and inform affected Users.
